REFUND POLICY

At ThrottleVerse, we strive to provide all our guests with an exceptional and thrilling gaming experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change or expectations may not be met. Please review our refund policy below: 1. Single Session Bookings Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your booking time are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once, depending on availability. 2. Memberships & Game Passes All membership fees and prepaid game passes are non-refundable after the first session has been used. If you experience technical issues during your first session, please notify staff immediately — we’ll investigate and offer a refund or extension if appropriate. 3. Private Events & Group Bookings Deposits for private events are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. 4. Technical or Hardware Malfunctions In the rare event of a game or simulator malfunction that interrupts your session, we’ll offer either: A full session credit, Or a partial refund, depending on time played and situation. 5. Merchandise Returns Unopened and unused merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in original condition. Opened or used items are non-returnable unless defective.
